Shedding light on the history of our literature and providiy many knowledge in the sense of social and scientific, journab are very preciow treasure opens the door to the past. Journals-that are important parts of our culture – as long as not being brought to daylight, our history of literature will alway be incomplete. Tranferring these treasures-that we will gain profit with their discovery, to contemporary letters, has great importance of community of literature. As the subject of our work, has been imprinted as ASL 551-MC 9, registered in Atatürk University Central Library, this journals is a part of this treasure waiting to be discovered too. In our work this journal has been examined, giving general information it is infroduce and by translating into contemporary Turkish, it is tried to be gained to world of science.
