Abstract (EN)

There are many reasons for changing the existing public administration structure of any country in the world. The most important, and perhaps the most effective, of these is the involvement of an international organization and the changes made as a result of the requirements of this organization. These changes, which are associated with the concept of conditionality, lead to changes in the administrative sense of the countries and perhaps an administrative transformation as a result of these changes. The study examines the Czech public administration changes in the historical context, and argues that the most important of these changes occurred during the European Union Integration process. These changes, which are examined with European Conditionality, are handled with the phenomenon of administrative transformation and this integration process is explained in historical context. In this study, the administrative transformation process of the Czech Republic during the European Union integration process and the existing European Union materials are examined. Keywords: Czechia, European Union, European Integration, Administrative Transformation.
