Turkey has taken a step on the way of being a member of European Union and therefore some integration studies have been carried out in education as in the other fields. These improvements are generally focused on educational program development. It is observed that there were not so many integration studies about educational management. And the purpose of this study to compare the training processes and appointment procedures of school managers in Turkey and European Union countries and to suggest an applicable model for Turkey. This is a qualitative study and it is designed according to multiple case study. For this purpose, among twenty five E.U. countries four of them have been selected randomly; Bulgaria, Germany, Austria and England. Descriptive analysis method has been applied to analyze the driven data. After being analyzed the training processes and appointment procedures of school managers in these countries profoundly it has been compared with the processes and procedures in Turkey.
