The patient rights regulation, which arranges the legal dimension of therelationsamongpatient, doctorandhospital, has beendrawnupfromtheTurkishconstitution, lawandinternationaltreatiesandissued as a statutorydecree. Inthisthesis, it wasaimedtodescribetheprocess of gaining legal anduniversalidentity of theconcept of patientrights in thelight of internationaldeclarations.
