Importance of desin education at development in shoe sector

The aim of this investigation was emphasizing the design education importance at shoe sector development.Through these aims; views of business administration about general information for business administration ,production,development,trade marking and design ,all were tried to be determiation.The environment of this investigation is shoe company administrators in Ankara,İstanbul and İzmir.The sample is views of 115 company administrators who were selected from these companies.In this investigation descriptive methods were used.With appliying questionnaire form to 115 company administrators working at shoe sector,datas were collected.Percentage,frequency,t-test were used with SPSS programme for statistical analysises.The research results is, in most of the business administration the design department was not exist. We see that only one designer is working in the most of the businesses that have design department. Most of the designers working in the shoe sector did not receive design training. Employment designer is effective in branding and increase the production and market share .At the end of the investigation, committed to results,suggestions are developed directed towards investigation and application.
