Contact lens solutions (CLS) are important for the protection, storage and disinfection of contact lenses that serve as lens prostheses. Contact lens solutions almost fulfill the task of tears in the in-vitro environment. For this reason, the physical and chemical properties of CLS should be similar to tears. Especially pH and osmolality values are important in diseases such as dry eye and eye injuries. Many steps are followed, from preclinical studies to approval phase of CLS's, which are considered as medical devices. One of these steps is osmolality stability tests. In this thesis study, 3 different measurement group designs were modeled and statistical analysis of the results obtained from the measurements was made to observe whether there was a significant difference between the osmolality values of the CLS's belonging to 7 different brands in the study periods between days for 30 days. In the evaluation made according to the findings we obtained, it was determined that some brands lost the stability of the osmolality value and that there were significant differences. In the study, the effect of the contact lens solution on the contact lens was carried out in-vitro, and it is predicted that in future studies, evaluation studies can be made with the data obtained from the contact lens replacement periods of the individuals who wear contact lenses.
