Abstract (EN)

In this study, the Babylon District Directorate of National Education in Iraq sought to determine how moral conduct and work satisfaction impacted organisational commitment. The workers of the directorate of national education in Babylon, Iraq, as well as 126 samples of employers, served as the statistical population and the data collection instruments employed in this study's descriptive methodology. The data were analysed using the multiple regression approach and the SPSS 26 application. Three hypotheses in this investigation have all been proven correct. The findings indicated that job satisfaction and ethical conduct have an impact on organisational commitment. Also, results of the study showed that ethical behaviour had a positive effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also had a positive effect on organizational commitment. These findings suggest that promoting ethical behaviour and job satisfaction among the directorate of national education staff may lead to increased levels of organizational commitment. These findings have significance for managers of organisations looking to increase morale and work satisfaction among employees while also increasing staff retention and performance.
