The studypopulation consisted of 40 students training in MTC in 2004-2005 academic year. Theobservation and interview forms designed by the researcher made data collection.In this study, it has been searched that the effectiveness of an in-service trainingcenter MTC which aims at improving and evaluate of Maintenance Training Center?sCirruculum. The study is about the assessment of MTC system application in the 8 thMain Jet Base Command.A case study research methodology was used because it suitably fits the researchquestions. The datum was collected by means of interview forms. The result of interviewforms indicated that the revise of MTC?s cirruculum is will be crucial for the trainingprogramme?s effectiveness.
