Determination and improvement of visual quality from the aspect of plant design at a sample of Bandırma coastline

Visual quality, plant design, and environmental planning are essential elements of the application of design to conserve water resources, and are an important research area within the field of landscape creation. The truth is that cities lack natural elements, industrialization and concrete are increasing day by day, and people are looking for a peaceful environment where they can relax and unwind. In this context, the plant design concept has become more and more important in key areas. Using the nature of herbal design and artistic and scientific materials, efficient and sustainable structures were created among the people, which influenced the existing coastal landscape structure, preferred and desirable landscape elements, and plant potential. Explain which ones will improve visual quality. Design quality. The use and priority of the designed area are of paramount importance. In this context, the general purpose of the study is the identification and evaluation of the visual quality from the vegetative aspect in the Bandırma Coastal Band sample. In the first part of the study, general information about the environmental visual quality is given and information about the subject and purpose of the study is presented. The second section deals with theoretical underpinnings of literary research, resource summaries, coastal zones and planning, European Landscaping Convention, visual standards, plant design, and the relationship of plants to the landscape architecture discipline and plant selection. Quality information is provided. The third section presents materials, procedure data, and information. In the fourth part of the study, the survey data were reviewed in the SPSS program and the research results were reviewed. In the discussion and concluding part of the study, the Bandırma coast data as a whole were reviewed, and suggestions were made on the scope of the study. In light of the data obtained in the research, it is assumed that the study area will contribute to the study of vegetation flats that will be carried out in coastal areas with similar characteristics to the coastal strip of Panama.
