Bandung conference's (The non-aligned block), effect on the regional policy of USA-Soviet Russia

A new world order was founded after Second World War. The founding actors of this system have been the United States and Soviet Russia. The both states were entered into a fierce struggle for make their political, economic and military powers. This struggle especially has experienced in the Middle East and is still experiencing. After the second world war Asian-African states which was gained independence against the colonial state after taking into account the difficulties encountered gained political independence is not the main purpose, however, they have expressed it is the first step. They were realized that for ensure political stability and achieve economic development they should creating a union. Asian-African states came together on 18-25 April 1955 in Indonesia's Bandung city and established the Non-Aligned blog as a third block. It is to see the front the essence of disconnection not enter into any political and ideological blocks that compete against. Egypt, India, Yugoslavia and Indonesia leaders are leaders who influence the formation of the third block. The new states which gained independence policy carried out the colonial government was influence in the shaping of regional policy of the colonial state. United States and Soviet Russia tried to expand and consolidate their domain. They has especially tried to take control the Non-Aligned Countries with creating Pacts and Doctrine, they not remain indifferent to Bandung Conference and want to use Non-Aligned leaders as a power.
