Development of civil law in Bangladesh evaluation of according to Islamic law

Law is one of the systems established to ensure the peace and welfare in the society. We will discuss in our thesis about Bangladesh, which is a small country on the world map, 90.4% of its 160 million population is a Muslims. The Islamıc laws continue to be implemented in Bangladesh's civil law for the Muslim population. This thesis has been prepared on the historical development of civil law in Bangladesh and its evaluation according to Islamic law. İn this study, after giving general information about the political and geographical structure, religious population and Islamization of Bangladesh, the historical development of the legal system of Bangladesh was examined in periods and the civil law system in Bangladesh was evaluated in terms of Islamic law.
