Abstract (EN)
The working principle of banking sector in Turkey constitutes success index in line with individual targets it brings about. The mobbing cases that may emerge make things more complicated for the organizational culture amongst the employees and the fact that Human Resources management implementations are entwined together. The aim of this thesis dissertation is to research into the mobbing perception of the bank employees and their intention to leave their jobs over the relationship between organizational culture and Human Resources management implementations. In accordance with this, related data has been collected from 300 people working at various ranks in banking sector. The results of the data analysis indicate a meaningful and negative oriented relationship between embracement level of the organizational culture and mobbing perception in such a way that the higher the embracement level of the organizational culture is the lower the perception of being exposed to mobbing becomes. All the sub levels of organizational culture (obedience to attendance, normative obedience, emotional obedience) have a meaningful and negative oriented relationship with all the sub dimensions of mobbing perception. Furthermore, it has been indicated that there is a meaningful and negative oriented relationship between Human Resources management implementations and mobbing perception. In a similar way, there is an indication that Human Resources management implementations have a meaningful and negative oriented relationship with all the sub dimensions of mobbing perception. In conclusion, the management of the implementations which are supposed to be executed in an effort to prevent mobbing that emerges as an important problem in various institutions; their purpose and the way they are supposed to be implemented have been covered during the study of thesis. The aim of this thesis dissertation is to research into the mobbing perception of the bank employeses and their intention to leave their jobs over the relationship between organizational culture and Human Resources management impementations.
