An analysis about commercial credit facility process in banking system

Abstract (EN)

Today, when economical systems of developed countries are searched, it is observed that they have established efficient and successful banking systems. Commercial banks' efficient and correct credit facility supply an optimum source dispersion and this fact play big role on the success of these banking systems. Credit, is a mandatory financial source for a country which should be used in terms of economical development achievement and economical buildup continuance. Commercial banks treat very meticulous about enterprises' credit facility to guarantee the conversion of dormant funds to the most correct investments.When the procedure of commercial banks' credit facility is checked, it is seen that processes about credits are managed in two basic divisions as operational and analytical. Operational division completes the processes like credit applications, research and investigation, credit files' fulfillment, secretarial works and reports' preparation. Analytical division handles the processes like credit supervision and inspection, new credit applications' analysis, training and researchIn financial area, in our country -like in all other world countries- credit relation begins by client's application to concerned division or viceversa marketing attendant's personally access to client and finishes by the completion of credit payment within the framework of the circumstances agreed on payment schedule.Commercial credit facility procedure can be evaluated under three main headings as Commercial credits' marketing process, Commercial credits' evaluation process and Commercial credits' monitoring process.
