Özet (EN)

The financial system in Turkey and many other developing countries is based on the growth of banking. Banks are the financial institutions and financial intermediaries that accept deposits, which customers get benefits, and channel those deposits into lendingactivities (customers who are in need). The financial growth and the development of the country are emphasized by the help of the banks? savings. Thus, the importance of the banks' is acknowledged by the government to a wide extent which also attampts to take their activities under control.If the financial institutions mentioned above wouldnot work well, the economic growth would be affected in a negative sense. Like all the other firms, banks? which are leading the econmy of a country, are aiming at providing the shareholder? profitableitycontiuosly. It is essential for the financial institutions to set the long term goals by checking the current accounts and the profits of the branches. After the global economic crisis in November 2000, February 2001 and 2008, the administrative authorities have taken over the control. One result of these legal policies,did consist in a decrease of the profits and the risk. Like in other businesses the branches bank? have to provide the firm value maximization by managing the risks, profits and current accounts without compromising in order to establish value maximization of the firm. Within this frame, the bank managements need to highlight the current accounts and follow the legal regulations and act the way they are asked. In this study, the emphisis will be on three different terminologies, which are pool rate, funds transfer pricing and exploitation. In each current reproach was given, especially apart from the inuse for banking sector, how multi-branch and multi-nation firms? use foundstransfer pricing and exploitation in their sector. IVFinally, as a result of effective management, pool rate is an important factor for the branches profitability. It is important to be aware of the fact that, the efficient use of this system should be known by The Turkish Banking System.Key Words: Pool Rate, Exploitation, Founds Transfer Rate, Profitability/Productivity.
