Abstract (EN)
While Obama's strategy and politics during the first and second presidency were similar in some respects, they differed in some respects. In the first period, Obama was found in Turkey attempts to open a new page with the Muslim countries, especially after the Arab Spring, but has largely abandoned this policy. Obama, on the other hand, abandoned the hard-based politics that followed during the Bush administration, followed by diplomacy and soft-based politics. Referring to relations between Turkey and the Arab Spring seems to be the point of the period. Arab Spring countries until the model were introduced to the United States from Arab countries as Syria and Turkey is opened even after the crisis. other allies, especially Turkey is adversely affected by the policy pursued by the US, which sometimes inconsistent. For example, in this process, it is the world's largest refugee population settled in Turkey.
