This study consists of three parts. In the second part, Barış Manço's life and artistic personality, music and value understanding were included. The integrity that Manço created in theory and practice was tried to be exemplified by carrying the values he adopted in his philosophy to his song lyrics. In the third part, the religious elements and spiritual values in his songs associated with religious elements and spiritual values were listed in the song table. Barış Manço deals with religious elements more in his works called "Oh God, Give Me Strength", "Road", "Curve, Curve, True True", "Beyond Me Rather Than Me", "Four Doors". While the common religious elements that come to the fore in these songs are devotion to God, death and prayer, the common value emerges as patience. While religious elements and spiritual values show a balanced distribution in the other seventeen songs, it has been determined that the values of love, respect, brotherhood, unity and tolerance come to the fore at the center of these songs. In his song "My Fellow Citizen Memleket Nire", there are no religious elements and the subject is entirely about values. While spiritual values are dominant in six of his seven songs addressed to children, it is seen that he includes more religious elements in his song "Today is Bayram". This study has the quality of guiding the determination of Manço's song in accordance with the value theme determined in values education. This study is important in terms of guiding and providing a source for the use of music and art forms, which Barış Manço used as spontaneous educational tools in values education in our country, as formal educational materials.
