The method which is used for determination of reinforced concrete units is experimental performance but it is impossible and expensive to do experiment for all special conditions. Because of these analytic methods to clarify realistic determination of reinforced concrete becomes important. In this performance, determination of reinforced concrete which is under of bending, shear and distortion effects is studied and the modernity and the arrangement which comes from TS EN 1992-1-1 to TS 500 is examinated with analytic examples.Load deformation and power consumption of reinforced concrete becomes important for structural design. Usually tortion effects into reinforced concrete units with bending stress and shear stress. For that reason the most realistic approach is examine of this situation. Tortion and bending interactions can be forgotten for calculation of reinforcement but interactions of tortion and shear are very important because of both of them compose shearing stress and this stress effects to same surface of unit in the same direction.Decreasing torsion tolerance by little bending moment is figured out in experiments of syhmetrical reinforcement sections. In spite of this, if reinforcement is not syhmetrical and bottom reinforcement is greater than the upper reinforcement, the capacity of the section can be controlled by upper reinforcement. In this situation, bending moment decreases shearing stress which grows from distortion in upper reinforcement and for that reason tortion tolerance increases for little values of bending moment. There is no any easy applications and common methods in this issue. For that reason, the most common suggestion is to discuss about separate effects without mutual interaction. In such an application usually this acceptance will be in safe side because of bottom reinforcement will be greater than upper reinforcement due to pure bending effects.TS EN 1992-1-1 is used for the structures which built with concrete, reinforcement concrete, stressed concrete and design of other structural constructions.Key words: Pure Bending, Shearing Stress, Distortion, Power Consumption.
