Özet (EN)

Neither something come to existence from nothing in nature, nor artists create something from nothing. They always elaborate on the other artists and tradition from the past. They show their addiction to tradition even they stand against it.(Woodford , 1983:75)?In fact,as Lichtenstein said ?The things that I have appearently parodied , I actually admire?. The greatest and most original artists ,even the most astonishing innovators, are deeply sensitive to tradition. Tradition still provides acceptable and actual models. These models maintain historical continuity ,in case they quide creating a planned work. What examined in this research is ,how artists influenced by the datas in field of drawing in different ages and geography to create their own espace mentality from Renaissance up to now.Tradition and its place in art education ,being always an actual problem, is discussed. This mentality,in modernity where the bonds are shorten with tradition;in modern art, experimental works ,creativity and different technological applications come forward; appears by gaining diffrent aspects and meanings in modernist and post-modernist manner. The impact of tradition is tolerated in modernism ,for example looking at Rembrandt?s paintings it is very hard to understand by whom he was impressed because he synthesized the artists he was affected in his own style. But the impact of tradition is underlined covered in modernism and clearly in postmodernism. As a result,to create a unique character from datas of different ages and geographies (Sümer ,1990: 48)?? from Renaissance to our time antiquity sourced, basic design elements formed in western art ? line,color,tone- grammars should be examined in commentary context experimentally. Making etudes from Renaissance masters of art, antique Greek sculptures besides living or dead models ,is not for a senseless virtuosity show of an ebility in replication field,is to learn how to construe the nature from the Greek art and the Renaissance masters? . In this process, concpts like stylization, deformation, tropology, composition must be understood . That?s why ,museums and liberaries have become inseparable parts of art education today.
