Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of six weeks balance exercise protocol on fatique balance scores. Twenty-one volunteer female volleyball players (14-16 years old) from Gazi University Sports Club and TOKİ Sports Club.SPSS for Windows 11.00 package program was used in the statistical evaluation of the datum. To determine the data, paired-samples T test; to determine varians ?covarians structure, multivariate and within-subject effect test was applied. Bonferroni tests were used to verify the statistical siginificans of the changes in tests. Level of siginificance was set at 0.05For static balance; dominant leg, nondominant leg and both leg measurement, for dynamic balance; both leg measurement were analyzed by KAT 2000 (Kinesthetic Ability Trainer) stabiliometer. Meaurement were done pretest and post test before and after sixweek exercise protocol. Bruce protocol was applied till 80% of heart rate level for the fatigue. Subjects were applied six week balance exercises and volleyball training while control group only did volleyball training.Altough; according to the result of the comparison of experimentel group?s pre and post test before six weeks exercises protocol, both legs static and dynamic scores, control group?s nondominant leg static balance scores were found significantly difference (P<0,05), after six weeks exercise protocol there was not any siginificantly differences was found in both groups(P>0,05).Comparison of the differences between pre and post tests of six weeks exercise protocol shows taht dynamic balance for experimentel group, both legs balance for control group was significantly difference(P<0,05).Depend on varians-covarians statistical structure; comparision between experimentel and contorl grpups dynamic, non dominant, dominant and static legs scores shows statisticaly diferences regardness on before and after six weeks exercise protocol?s pre and post test scores(P<0,05).Three times in a week applied balance exercises will effects balance perfomans after fatique, therefore risk of injury may decrease in volleyball players.
