Abstract (EN)
Dealershipagreement has thecharacteristics of a frameworkagreement, which is such a perpetualcontract, theproduceragreestoshipall of his goodor a portion of themto a dealershiptosell in a district, in returndealeragreestojointhedistrubution network of theproducerandsellthegoodsunder his name and on his accountandtoengage in theactivitieswhichwillincreasethecirculation of thesegoods. Thegapformedbythenon-regulation of thedealershipagreement in anystatue is filledwithdoctrineandjudicialdecisions. Indealershipagreement, theobligationrange of theparties is broad. Infact, duringtheagreementandaftertheagreementcontinuingobligationsemphasizestheimportance of trustrelationship. Inthisrelationshipfounded on thetrustcontinuingduringthecontract, agreement can be terminatedbydeath, bankruptcy, issue of an interdiction, ordinaryterminationprocessorextra-ordinaryterminationprocess.
