Özet (EN)
A series of 4,5-disübstitüe-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-tiyoles (2a-d) was synthesized. The structures of synthesized compounds were confirmed by analytical and spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR). The electrochemical study of synthesized thiotriazole compounds was made by cyclic voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as working electrode and an Ag/AgCl reference electrode and the inhibiting action of these compounds against the corrosion of carbon steel in 0.1 M H2SO4 solution was investigated by electrochemical techniques including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In addition, the compounds evaluated for screening antibacterial and antifungal activities on two gram-pozitive, gram-negative bacteria and two yeast-like fungi strains were used. Tested microorganisms were Gram-positive B. subtilis ATCC 6633, S. aureus ATCC 6538 P, the Gram-negative E. coli ATTC 25922, S. typhimurium NRRL B 4420 and the yeast-like fungi; C. globrata ATCC 66032 and C. tropicalis ATCC 13803.
