Abstract (EN)

In this study, the powder crystals of N ? ( 2-Hydroxy-1,1-bis(hydroxymethyl) ethyl) glycine ) and L-Glutamyl-L-Valinewhich are amino asit compounds were irradiated by gamma radiation. After irradiation, the EPR spectra of powder samples are investigated at room temperature. EPR spectras are simulated by Mc Kelvey simulation programs and EPR parameters of radicals is determined.By investigation of EPR spectra and parameters of simulation of N ? ( 2-Hydroxy-1,1-bis (hydroxymethyl) ethyl) glycine ) we are of the opinion that radical must be (CH2OH)3CNH?HCOOH. N ? ( 2-Hydroxy-1,1-bis(hydroxymethyl) ethyl) glicine )?s spektroscopic g values and ?H linewidth has been calculated.The paramagnetic center that has been formed by gamma irradiation of L-Glutamyl-L-Valinepowder crystals is attributed to COHNH2CH?HCH2CONH(CH)2(CH2)COOH. The hyperfine constants, ?H linewidth and spektroscopic g factors of radical has been calculated. Calculated hyperfine constans and spektroscopic g factor value are similar to those amine alchil radicals of literature.
