Pomegranate aphid is a polyphagous pest known to damage various field crops, vegetables and fruit crops. Both nymphs and adults suck cell sap from plant parts, including fruits. Thus, these aphids cause significant economic damage to plants. In this study, some biological parameters of Aphis punicae Passerini (Hemiptera: Aphididae) Melia extract, Neem 5 ml, Neem 1,5 ml, Onion extract and Euphorbia extract were investigated in individuals applied by dipping and spraying methods. For this purpose, the effects of pre-reproduction time, reproductive time, post-reproduction time and adult lifespan, average number of offspring of a female individual, and the applied extracts on the development time of pomegranate aphid nymphs were determined. Total pre-adult development time of A. punicae treated by dipping and spraying method was determined the longest in Onion extract application at 9,16 days, and the shortest in Neem 5 ml application with 4,86 days. The net reproductive rate (Ro) was the lowest in Neem 5 ml application with 0,0 and 0,0 nymph/female values, and the highest in the application of Euphorbia extract with 24,02 and 22,30 nymph/female values; The mean generation time (To) was the longest with 20,17 and 18,87 days in Onion extract application, and the shortest time with 0,0 and 0,0 days in Neem 5 ml application; The intrinsic increase (rm) value was determined to be the highest in the Euphorbia extract application with 0,204 and 0,215 values, and the lowest was 0,0 and 0,0 in the Neem 5 ml application; The longest reproductive period was 20,76 and 21,44 days in the Euphorbia extract application, and the shortest in Neem 5 ml application was 0,0 and 5,16 days. In this study, it was determined that Melia extract was the most effective application after Neem extract on A. punicae treated by dipping and spraying method.
