Abstract (EN)
In this study, a method was developed by using the square wave voltammeter in order to analyse the Lamivudine and Zidovudine from the commercial samples. We used Britton Robinson Buffer as the supporting electrolyte and Au electrode as the working electrode for this method. Concentration range of the calibration graph was identified as 7x10-9 - 3x10-8 M for the Lamivudine, and 5x10-9 - 1x10-8 M for the Zidovudine. For the Lamivudine it was verified as LOQ 3,1 x 10-9 M and for the Zidovudine LOQ 1,2 x 10-9 M was found out. The validation and applicability of the voltammetric method was tested by analyzing the independent validation samples. The recommended method showed successful results for the sample of tablets.
