Özet (EN)
Linden tree (Tilia) is geographically distributed in the temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern Hemisphere worldwide. There are four native linden taxa that naturally grow in our country. Linden has numerous features such as medicinal and cosmetic use, utilization in handicrafts, use as an ornamental plant, and serving as a recreational space in urban green areas. This situation leads to linden having significant ecological, economic, and social value. This study aims to facilitate and accelerate the production of grafted linden seedlings and increase their yield in terms of economy, ecology, and sustainability. In this study, scions belonging to Tilia tomentosa, Tilia henryana, Tilia cordata, and Tilia platyphyllos species were grafted onto Tilia tomentosa rootstocks using four different grafting methods (cleft grafting, side grafting, chip budding, and tongue grafting) at three different times (March, April, and May). When examined by species, the lowest graft success rate was obtained in T. henryana in all months and grafting methods. When grafting methods were examined by species, the lowest survival rate was determined in chip budding. In general, high survival rates were achieved with all methods except chip budding.
