Abstract (EN)
In this study, naturally occurring species in Kastamonu The efficiency of the essential oils obtained by hydro distillation of the conifers and fruits of species J. oxycedrus L., J. excelsa Bieb., J. communis L. var. nana Syme., J. sabina L. and the chemical substance contents, including their hydrosols, were determined by GC-MS analysis. Leaf and fruit samples were collected from four regions where they grow wild within the borders of Kastamonu. Productivity rates of essential oils in fruit and leaf materials are approximately (f/l), 0,85 / 0,40% in J. oxycedrus, 1,20 / 0,90% in J. excelsa Bieb., 1,95 / 1,50% in J. communis var. nana and 1,93 / 2,30% in J. sabina. It was determined as. According to the results of GC-MS analysis, 4 juniperus spp. The main volatile components above 2% in the fruit (f), fruit hydrosol (f h), leaf (l) and leaf hydrosol (l h) contents of the species were listed. J. oxycedrus in (f), myrcene 36,75% / α-pinene 31,40% / germacrene-D 11,47% / limonene 3,58% / caryophyllene 2,74%; in (f h), α-terpıneol 21,23% / (R)-linalool 19,79% / terpinen-4-ol 19,71% / l-verbenone %5,41%; in (l), α-pinen 21,67% / limonene 21,26% / caryophyllene oxide 5,53% / germacrene-D 4,44%; in (l h), trans-carveol 16,94% / 1-verbenone 10,55% / α-terpıneol 8,41% / cuminyl acetate 7,38% / carveol 5,06%. J. excelsa in (f), α-pinen 80,91% / α-cedrol 2,52% / myrcene 2,23%; in (f h), verbenol 23,19% / verbenone 22,33% / pinocarveol 13.64% / α-phellandren-8-ol 10,17% / cis-carveol 5,28%; in (l), (+)-α-pinene 58,98% / α-cedrol 14,52% / -cedrene 2,58%; in (l h), verbenone 25,26% / 16,75% / - fenchyl alcohol 10,46% / pinocarveol 7,14%. J. communis var. nana in (f), germacrene-D 24,48% / germacrene B 8,92% / α-pinene 7,24% / D-limonene 6,03% / -myrcene 5,68% / -elemene 4,29% / α-humulene (CAS) 4,21% / caryophyllene 3,94% / 1(10),5-germacradien-4-ol 3,94% / sabinene 2,68%; In (f h), terpinen-4-ol 47,52% / α-terpineol 18,28% / 9-Dodecyn-1-ol 4,28%; In (l), α-pinene 27,97% / germacrene-d 13,86% / -3-carene 11,62% / D-limonene 6,00% / -myrcene 3,72%; In (l h), Silane, diethylheptyloxyoctadecyloxy- 42,50% / terpinen-4-ol 23,68% / silane,diethylheptyloxyoctadecyloxy- 10,80% / α-terpineol 5,18%. J. sabina in (f), sabinene 48,89% / terpinen-4-ol 11,27% / myrcene 6,64% / trans-sabinol 4,59% / -terpinene 3,86% / α-pinene 3,38%; In (f h), terpinen-4-ol 73,82% /α-terpineol 4,22% / p-2-menthen-1-ol 2,76%; In (l), trans-sabinol 35,73% / thujone 25,08% / sabinene 12,53% / 3-thujanone 5,76% / myrcene 2,78%; In (l h), α-thujone 43,14% / terpinen-4-ol 13,73% / 3-thujanone 11,41% / trans sabinol 9,63% / cis-sabinol 5,56% / linalool 3,69% / linalool oxide cis 3,22%.
