The main purpose of this work is to investigate the physical and structural properties of Mn^Mgj^TiO 3 material. The samples were prepared by using a solid state reaction technique the scope of this thesis, and XRD analysis showed that samples have different crystal phases. The effect of changing x values on the microstructure of sample were investigated. The electrical resistance measurements were done by the four point method, and the SEM analysis gave the valuable information about the grain structure of the samples. In the introduction of this thesis; the physical properties of Mn^Mg^TiO 3 have been summarized. In the second part of this thesis, the recent developments related to the magnetic properties of this material are given. In the other parts of this work, the crystal structure of Mn^Mg^TiOj materials are investigated and the experimental findings have been discussed. Key Words: Mn^Mg^TiO 3, diluted antiferromagnet II
