Abstract (EN)

Semiconductors are the basis of modern technology. To investigate the optical properties of semiconductors must make the thin film.In this study, the newly synthesized and characterized by the LH2 N, N'-Bis (salicylidene)- 1,4- diaminobutane ligand complexes and Mn complex with Cu was investigated annealed optical properties at different temperatures. The samples were formed into thin films by sol-gel method. Samples were calcined respectively at 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100°C for 30 minutes.Band range for LH2 sample (3.3-3.7 eV) for CuL sample (2.1- 2.5 eV) in the range to MnL sample (2.6- 2.8 eV) was obtained in the range.Absorption and transmission rates were obtained using a UV-VIS device. Dependent changes which thin-film devices brought into the complex refractive index of the wavelength (300-900 nm) were measured with ellipsometer using.
