The influence of organic and organomineral fertilizer applications on yield, quality and plant nutrition in some grape varieties

Abstract (EN)

The use of organic and organomineral liquid fertilizers as alternative plant nutrition products in vines and other plant species is becoming increasingly common. For this reason, it was thought that it would be interesting to test the effects of fertilizers in some grape varieties that are new to the region. This research on the subject was carried out in 2019 using Prima grown own roots and Black Magic grape variety grafted on 1103 P rootstock. In the study, the effects of separate and together applications of Organic (BioGas, 400 cc 100 L-1 ve 4 L da-1, respectively) and Organomineral (AminoSEL-K, 300 cc 100 L-1 ve 4 L da-1, respectively), liquid fertilizers from leaves and soil were compared. The effect of fertilizer application on the yield and cluster weight values of Black Magic variety was not significant. The highest Total Soluble Solids (TSS) values were obtained from Organomineral (17.63%) and Organic+Organomineral (17.48%) applications. In Prima grape variety, high yield, cluster weight and TSS values were in Organomineral application (9251 g vine-1, 462.6 g and 15.58%, respectively).While the effect of the applications on plant nutrition was not significant in Black Magic variety, on the N, Fe, Zn and Cu content in Prima variety were significant. As a result, the type of fertilizers in Prima and from foliar or soil application in Black Magic were important. However, it would be appropriate to continue the study in the following years in order to reacha more definite conclusion on the effect of these fertilizers.
