Abstract (EN)

In this study, genetic variation among 32 heirlooms collected from the Black Sea Region was analyzed using SSR markers. 22 SSRs used in the study, only 14 SSRs revealed a total of 42 alleles. The mean of 3 alleles per SSR locus was determined ranging from 6; ( umc1571 locus) to one (phi022 locus). The largest PIC value was obtained as 0.95 from the umc1450 loci. The lowest PIC value was obtained as 0.43 at the PHİ032 locus. While the Corum and Trabzon genotypes were the closest genetically related populations, Artvin and Rize populations were found to be the most genetically distant populations.
