Descriptive statistics calculations were made in the analysis of the data. It was determined that pre-service identity perceptions of female teacher candidates were higher than male teacher candidates and in terms of the age variable, the 25-year-old and above group achieved higher scores in the sub-dimensions of pre-higher education school life and the characteristics of the profession. Parallel to this result, it was determined that the 4th grade students also achieved high scores in the sub-dimension of pre-higher education school life. When the close social environment sub-dimension is examined in terms of the department where they are educated, it has been determined that the students who study teaching have higher scores than the students who study sports management, in the personal characteristics sub-dimension, it was determined that the teaching and coaching education students obtained higher scores than the sports management students. In terms of the grade average variable, it was observed that those with a GPA between 2.00-2.49 in the personal characteristics sub-dimension were higher than those with a score average between 2.50-3.49 , the average score of those between 3.50-4.00 was higher than those between 3.00-3.49, in the sub-dimension of the characteristics of the profession, those with a GPA between 2.50-2.99 were higher than those between 2.00-2.49 and 3.50-4.00. In the media effect sub-dimension, those with a GPA between 2.50-3.49 were higher than those between 2.00-2.49 and 3.50-4.00.The family and teachers are primarily more effective in orientation to the profession,in the comparisons made in terms of maternal and paternal education levels, in the teaching experience sub-dimension, it is concluded that the mean scores of those whose parents are illiterate and university graduates are higher than those of high school and primary education.
