In this study, it was aimed to determine the levels of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of Physical Education teachers and find out the relationship between these two points. The study included 53 Physical Education teachers who teach in Bolu, Düzce, Kastamonu and Bartın and attended the meeting at the beginning of the year.In the study, the data were obtained by means of ?job satisfaction scale? (JSS), which was developed by Çetinkanat in 1995 and ?organizational attitude scale of workers?, which was developed by Hoşgörür in 1997.At the end of the study, it was found that there was a significant difference between the professional seniorities of teachers and organizational commitment levels; and between the the year working at the same school and job satisfaction levels. Moreover, when the correlation values of all sub-dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment were examined, there was a negative relationship between the ?colonialism?, a sub-dimension of organizational commitment, and work opportunities and promotion opportunities, a sub-dimension of job satisfaction. Finally, it was determined that there was a positive relationship at medium level between the physical conditions, which is a sub-dimension of job satisfaction, and adaptation, which is a sub-dimension of organizational commitment.Key Words: Physical Education Teacher, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment
