The jurisprudential of Bedruddin Aynî

Bedruddîn Aynî, one of the prominent Hanafi scholars in kind, traditionist, historian and jurist is very important as a linguist. Life has done twice in the Hanafi the Chief Justice of the jurisprudential direction makes it important to demonstrate our issues. In this study, we aimed to identify that Aynî's of fiqh at the breaking point, it's what the environment is affected, prominent characteristics point in his jurists, Hanafi which position he accepted in jurisprudence, basic motives play a role in some of the views and the views outstanding. As a result, Aynî is been accepted a canonist Hanafi hadith scholar because of the education he took in Egypt. It is because he was a hadith scholar, his understanding of fiqh had developed in that way. He even opposed to his sect because of hadith. Aynî was important Hanafi canonist and references are made to him. Besides he has influenced following Hanafi canonist. Key Words Bedruddîn Aynî, prove to with hadith, choice, layers fuqaha, Mamluks.
