Özet (EN)
Behçet's disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis can involve arteries and veins of all sizes. Many genetical factors were blowed for the etiology of BD. However there?s still no satisfactory data. miRNA particles are newly defined small particles that are inhibiting the mRNA synthesis and these particles has increasing importance in the pathogenesis of many diseases. Although there?s no data about miRNA in BD.. BD potiens in the study group were devided in to 3 subgroups as active vasculer(20) and active mucucutaneus(20) potiens.and thirdly a group with at least 6 months remission(25). Control group was healty volunteers with similar sex and age without any disases. We anaylysed the srum of the volunteers with miRNA PCR assay method. Active potiens had significatly lower miR-17-5p, miR-451A, miR-106b-5p, miR-16-5p, miR-19a-3p, miR-26b-5p, miR-93-5p, miR-20b, miR-19b-3p-5p, miR-25-3p. There was no difference between the remission BD and control groups. These miRNA particles were associated especially with prolonged apoptosis. This is the first study evolvating the miRNA in BD. Our results are encouraging that miRNA culd be a player in BD pathogenesisi Keywords: Behcet Disase , Patogenesis, miRNA
