The evoluation of the class teachers? skills to organize constructivist learning environment in the fifth grade of social studies

In this research, it is aimed to determine what level of the class teachers build a constructivist learning environment in the fifth grade of social studies and skills to the construct of the constructivist learning environment indicate any differences according to different variables(experience ,gender).The research has a search model . The work group includes 117 class teacher of the primary school dependt on Adana,Yüreğir-Seyhan. In this research data have been collected with ?Constructivist Learning Environment Scale?, ?Personel Information Form? prepared for determining students? personal information , ?Interview Form? .For the analysis of the data obtained in this research, the program calledSPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 15.0 for Windows Evaluation Version has been used. In the analysis of the data for the comparison of according to gender groups and according to the ınstruction for educational approachs groups Independent Samples T-Test have been used. For the comparisons of experience groups one-way Variance Analysis (ONE-WAY ANOVA) have been used. The reliability of ?Constructivist Learning Environment Scale? tested with ıtem- total correlatin and Cronbach alpha.The result of this research determined that class teachers use principles of constructivist educational approach and skills to the construct of the constructivist learning environment like each other in the fifth grades of the social studies. Teachers? skills to the construct of the constructivist learning environment indicate any differences according to experience.
