One of the techniques used in the repair and strengthening of structures before or after the earthquake is the winding of the carrier elements with fiber-reinforced polymers. The carrying capacity of the carrier elements is increased by this method applied with the appropriate resin mixture. The purpose of this method, which is used effectively against seismic hazards, is to increase building safety. However, especially structures exposed to the external environment are exposed to day and night temperature differences and freeze-thaw effects. These effects negatively affect the life of the buildings, accelerate the formation of corrosion, increase the risk of destruction during an earthquake and lead to durability problems and weaken the building performance. In order to minimize environmental factors and to take measures which are thought to make positive contributions to the life of the buildings, cylinder samples of Ø100x200 mm produced in C16 and C25 class were prepared for this study. On the prepared samples, pre-adjusted proportions of mixed epoxy resin were applied as a single layer and lateral reinforcement was applied with basalt fiber reinforced polymers. Samples with reinforcement were gradually taken from three different samples from each class. These samples were exposed to different fixed temperatures at 25 °C, 60 °C, 100 °C and 150 °C for 12 hours. After the heat treatment applied; structural performances, resonance frequency, mass loss and compressive strength. The structural performances such as resonance frequency, modulus of elasticity, ultrasound transition rates after freezing-thawing in 25, 30, 60, 90, 120 cycles were examined comparatively in the other samples where the reinforcement was applied. In this study, the data obtained from the examinations were evaluated and the results were listed.
