Abstract (EN)
The maingoal of this study is to examine the learners'perceptions of their satisfaction and learningin non-formal learning environments. For this purpose, the descriptive survey model was employed. The population of this study was identified as all the learners participate the MOOCs in Turkey. The sample of the research consists of the participants who took the courses on the AKADEMA MOOCs platform and voluntarily participatedthe onlinequestionnaire. In the data collection process of the research, an online questionnaire was applied to the learners. The study has revealed that the majority of the participants was satisfied, they did not have any difficulties in communication and education capacity given in the screening survey conducted to determine the level of satisfaction and utilization of the learners related to non-formal learning environments.
