In this study, the relationship between the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the Quality Management Systems (QMS) was examined. Initially, the basic concepts of quality were described in this study, and explanations on QMS and ISMS were provided. Then, the similarities of ISMS and QMS were investigated on the basis of the standard substances of ISMS. The applications of ISMS and QMS in different fields were searched in literature.In the application phase, QMS was established in the studied a company taken as an example. In addition to QMS, the establishment and implementation of ISMS were examined later. The similarities and the relationships between ISMS and QMS were taken into account. The data on ISMS and QMS was obtained from Netsolutions company. Eventuallly, an integrated management system that integrates ISMS and QMS was proposed and the problems encountered in the establishment of QMS and ISMS were remedied.
