Abstract (EN)
At this work, it is aimed to analyze the effects of knowledge management officer on strategic human resources applications. Knowledge management officer is a kind of leadership that has occured recently. There has been very few works about that and there is no study which examines the relation between information leadership and human resources applications. Thus, effect of information leadership on human resources applications has constructed the matter of research. Research has been conducted on the hotels of Belek district of Serik in Antalya. The information as a result of research has put forward the effect of knowledge management officer on strategic human resources applications.
