Abstract (EN)

Information management; depends on the accessibility and distributib ility of the business data, on the high rate of data broadcasting, on the communication and cooperation among the employees and on secure systems designed to collect, to store and to broadcast the information. Quality assurance in the organization of information systems is essential for building a healthy information management structure and for sustaining its security and permanence. The organization structure, the responsibilities, procedures, processes, the technology and the entire resources required fir information management application are also parte of the information system as a whole. Today's organizations recognize the potential advantages that information technology offers. Successful organizations, however, also succeed in understanding and managing the risks associated with the application of new build technologies. For the effective direction and control of information systems, the administrative level must have a basic understanding of the benefits and risks of the information technology. In our study, the approaches on information systems appropriated by the organizations have been surveyed. In the light of an online test constituted on the Internet; it is determined that organizations, although they have access to wide areas, are not able to benefit from their investments because they can not support them with services and viewpoints. Making effort on quality assurance in information systems seem to be essential for both higher benefits of the organizations investing on this area and the information security of these organizations.
