The main puipose of this research?s to evaluate the teachers who have benn given the intel teacher program and how effectively they use this in the class activitres n this frame, a research about the effectivitres of teachers has benn held at schools where the program applied in Elazıg. Through the 2006 ? 2007 education year. The research was done via scanning model. The research covers 170 teachers working in Elazıg and taking INTEL Teacher Program Course and whole 170 teachers attended the research. Theorical backraund depends on the related literature and expert views. The assesment of the questionnaire. Was done through the specialist views, then the survey was practiced. The main results of the rersearch are; the teachers attended the course couldn?t make use of the program content. They couldn?t use the web site desinging, booklets and bultens effectively.
