Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTTechnoligical Crimes; these are the crimes commites by the all means that thetechnology uses. We can exemplify these means as Internet, bank machines, cellularphones and etc. This is how we briefly define the crimes. The definitions and the namecan vary according to the countries at hand. The struggle against these crimes createlegal restructural formations into the 5237 Turkish Penal Code. Necessary articles havebeen put to struggle against these crimes in our country.It is obvious that the struggle against technological crimes will be difficult oreven impossible without knowing the definitions and the methods to handle. That iswhy it is a must what is meant by these crimes, how these crimes are committed, whatsort of methods are used that needs to be explaines. So, in the first chapter, thedefinition of these crimes, classification, methods,techniques and varieties had beenprocessed. To understand these crimes actually, technical study and information.These informations really important for the technological crimes to beunderstood. In our country the information about the issue has not been compact butspread. No conclusive written work had been printed about these crimes up till now. Mypurpose in this work is to bring together the spread information and add necessaryattachments to produce a beter built and a complete work.I believe that it will be helpful to see what the level of these penal codes areespecially while use struggle with these crimes. Even though the arrangements in myunderstanding are seeming enough for how will not be for the future. Besides, from thelegal side point of view, story is the same. These crimes have been seen as wellqualified fraud even though they have been in Chapter 10 of the 5237 Turkish PenalCode. In this work as will be seen, it is not only enough fort his code to be arranged,besides, 5846 code,the protection of opinion and work of art crimes have beencommitted by technological means and included in the technological it will beinescapable to have distinct rearrangements fort he technological crimes. Maybe in thefollowing years to have distinct rearrangements for the technological crimes 5070Electronic Signature Code.While I was doing this work I used the Internet which is the ocean ofinformation. The articles and the opinions were the sources I have used. And the firstpriority of wine was to present the information in arrangement that is much easier tounderstand.As a result; To struggle against these technological crimes with legality andtechnicality, it is a necessity to follow all the developments, educate all the personel inthis tilt and set up penal arragements both locally and globally.
