Abstract (EN)

In this study, morphological and molecular characterisations in isolates of apple scab disease pathogen Venturia inaequalis observed on apple gardens grown in Bingol and Isparta provinces were researched. 36 isolates were used in this study which have been isolated from two different regions. No differences could get recorded about results of morphological characterisations between two provinces on culture medium as colony colours, conidia types and colony growing shapes. Therefore, it is recorded that Bingol isolates has shown a faster growth on PDA, MEA and CMA according to Isparta isolates. In a specific time period, Bingöl isolates formed more conidia according to Isparta isolates. Isolates' conidia sizes have performed variability between (width x length) 4,25 x 16,35 μm. Most polymorphic bands occured OPF04 coded RAPD marker primers and OPF04 coded number average bandwith over the samples was determined 4.55 by PCR. With this study, it is criticised that the factors from the culture medium obtained from two cities of two regions exhibit different morphological characters and also analiyzed that race creation ability and five main groups of pathogen recorded as a result of factors made with RAPD primers by PCR reactions.
