In this research, an artificial intelligence based instructional software module is developed by researcher and evaluated by experts. The developed software can percieve the Turkish words and lead the user to make him/her successful to open, to use, and to save file in the Microsoft Word program. This project aims to simulate a teacher in a computer environment, even if it has very limited characteristics. The software is evaluated in terms of general, instructional, screen design and artificial intelligence competencies and is checked wheter it has or not the minimum qualifications with the attributes of mentioned above. This research is carried out in two phases: In the first phase, an instructional software is developed based on artificial intelligence logic. In the second phase, this software is evaluated by the experts under the title of four main field with consisting fifty-six item-evaluation-forms. The experts which are included this research are the academical staffs of the universities with the same department named ComputerVI Education and Instructional Technologies of Middle East Technical University, Ankara University, Hacettepe University, Boğaziçi University, Yıldız Teknik University, Istanbul University, Dokuz Eylül University, Ege University, Anadolu University, Osmangazi University and Çukurova University. These experts have at least PhD degree in their fields and, computer literated persons. According to findings of the research, the software has qualifications with the attributes of general, instructional, screen design and artificial intelligence competencies.
