Bir imalat firmasında ergonomik risklerin değerlendirilmesi ve yönetimi

The aim of this study is to assess employees' risks of work-related MSDs in a manufacturing company. The Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) approach, which is extensively employed in the ergonomic evaluation of the risks of positions that deal with the entire body, is used to evaluate the risk levels of the employees' working positions in various departments and stations. This method, which is based on observation and allows for the analysis of both dynamic and fixed postures, enables the assessment of work-related musculoskeletal system risk levels and the implementation of appropriate safeguards. As a result of the analyzes carried out with the REBA method, it has been determined that some employees have working positions at medium and high risk levels. The actions and the measures to be taken to reduce the risk levels were shared with the company managers.
