In this study, building performance belonging to the new housing areas in Osmaniye and its districts in the content of urban renewal is evaluated by the ?Method of Post Occupancy Evaluation.?In the content of study, by making physical space analyses, observations and interviews, the failing sides in projection and application have been determined and the levels of users? satisfaction is stated.As a result of evaluatins, new designs are aimed to be more successful with the suggestions brought to problems
