How and why people accept new technologies and products. Academics and scholars try to explain this complex interplay between people and technology. Technology acceptance studies try to explain the factors that return acceptance of new technology and products. Hereby, this study makes a user research for a medical device based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) for analyzing the factors that influence new product acceptance in medical context. In order to clarify product acceptance phenomenon in medical context, medical technologies and human product interaction will be examined. In conclusion, this study aims to collect information about the factors that influence new product acceptance in health care. Findings serve both medical sector and product acceptance model studies that try to clarify acceptance phenomenon in health context.
