The effects of organizational culture as a compenent of training in organization on managerial bahaviours of managers

ABSTRACT Managerial facilities was a plenty of importance for the organizations and shapes the managers managerial bahaviours. This study suggests the managerial behaviours to obtain the organizations success. Organizational culture supplies the employee to understand the organizations values. Organizational culture is defined as the values, senses, expectations and behaviours. The managerial behaviours revive the businesses. This study contains three parts. In the first of the chapter of the study, the information about culture and organization culture are given, hi the second part, the concept of management and managers and the effects of organizatonal culture on the managers managerial behaviours are explained. In the third part the organization culture in the A group travel agencies in Ankara and tha managerial behaviours of managers are determined. The datas had collected by questioners. And the collected datas had evaluated by SPSS program. In these days, the competion betwen busineses effect the travel agencies. Because of this reason, the managers should have some managerial skills. As a conclusion businesses have to form the managerial behaviours.
