The motivational factor scale motivate individuals for participating bicycle festivals and analyzing these factors according to various variables

Festivals are organizations where people can participate individually or in groups. In addition, festivals are also defined as activities in which people participate in order to get to know new cultures, individuals and geographies, to socialize, to rest, to have fun, to get away from the stress of daily life and to meet with their old friends. Bicycle festivals, which are evaluated within the scope of festivals which are of great importance both in terms of promotion and development of the destination they are organized, take place as small scale special events in our country. Tours and festivals are organized in order to spread the use of bicycles, to meet and socialize with other bicycle users, to explore nature and to engage in both spiritual and physical activities. These festivals that organized also play a role in promoting the geographical beauties of our country. Gökova Bicycle Festival, International Antalya Bicycle Festival, Hür Pedal Ortaca Bicycle Festival, Çanakkale Bicycle Festival, Cappadocia Bicycle Festival, Mersin Bicycle Festival are festivals that repeated every year and be high demanded. In this context, the profiles of individuals participating in bicycle festivals were determined. In addition, in the study was aimed to developed a scale of factors that motivate individuals to participate in bicycle festivals and to analyzed these factors according to various variables.
