Abstract (EN)

By the Labor Courts Act 7036th law, mediation institutions, one of the alternatives for dispute resolution, got involved into labor law judicial and it has been made obligatory in the case of procedural law by making it compulsory in individual labor law. The mediation institution, which has become a condition for litigation in labor law, is very new for our country. As this recent application affecting the areas, such as labor law where the principle of interpretation promotes the worker benefits and protects labor laws; due to the problems that may occur in theory and in practice, the obligatory mediation is examined in general terms and its effects in terms of individual labor law are examined in this study.
